Phoenix Hypnotherapy is committed to excellent, compassionate and professional care, and achieving the best possible treatment for all clients.
Due to the nature of the services and the high demand of sessions available, the following late cancellation and failure to attend (no shows) policy may apply to all clients.
Any appointment cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consult cost.
Please call or text at 0438 411 551 or reply to the appointment confirmation text via our booking system by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment, to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00 p.m. on the previous Friday. If prior notification is not given, you may incur the cancellation fee of 50% of the consult cost.
